1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using zodiatelier.co.ke, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Orders and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment or payment reference submission.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable.
- M-Pesa payments are processed via Safaricom’s platform. Card payments are processed by our payment gateway partner.
3. Delivery
- Same-day delivery is available for select zones when orders are placed before the published cut-off time.
- Delivery fees are calculated by zone and displayed at checkout.
- We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (traffic, weather, public holidays).
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
4. Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and availability may vary. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar variety of equal or greater value. We will notify you of any significant substitutions before delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.
- If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photograph.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
6. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account with others or use another person’s account.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
